Die Siedlung Pünt in Egg ZH ist ein Ersatzneubau-Projekt der Eigengrund Genossenschaft. Auf dem Areal der heutigen sanierungsbedürftigen Siedlung entstehen sieben neue Wohngebäude in Holzbauweise mit insgesamt 89 Wohnungen für unterschiedliche Bedürfnisse. Das Projekt umfasst einen Wohnungsmix von 17 Zwei-Zimmer-, 20 Zweieinhalb-Zimmer-, 27 Dreieinhalb-Zimmer-, 14 Viereinhalb-Zimmer- sowie 11 Fünfeinhalb-Zimmer-Maisonettewohnungen. Ein Wohnhaus ist dem Alterswohnen mit einer integrierten Pflegewohngruppe gewidmet. Die Siedlung entspricht dem Standard Nachhaltiges Bauen Schweiz und bietet gemeinschaftliche Räume sowie Gewerbeflächen an der Forchstrasse. Der Erstbezug ist für das vierte Quartal 2026 und zweite Quartal 2027 vorgesehen.
