Neubau mit 154 Mietwohnungen und 9 Ateliers in unmittelbarer Nähe des Bahnhofs Effretikon. Das Projekt ersetzt Mehrfamilienhäuser aus den 1950er Jahren. Die Gestaltung der Fassade ist architektonisch ansprechend. Das Projekt erfüllt hohe Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen gemäss SIA-Effizienzpfad und SNBS Gold Zertifizierung und trägt zur Dekarbonisierung und CO2-Reduktion bei.
