Das Projekt entstammt einem Architekturwettbewerb und sieht 72 variantenreiche Mietwohnungen (1.5–5.5 Zimmer) sowie 5 Reiheneinfamilienhäuser vor. Die Überbauung besteht aus einem fünfgeschossigen Punkthaus, einem fünfgeschossigen langgestreckten Haus und einem dreigeschossigen Reihenhaus. Alle Wohnungen sind barrierefrei mit grosszügigen Bädern und Loggien. Die Tiefgarage ermöglicht einen autofreien Aussenraum mit intensiver Begrünung, Begegnungsorten und Spielangeboten. Die Überbauung erfüllt den Standard Nachhaltiges Bauen Schweiz SNBS Gold und nutzt Photovoltaik auf den Dächern. Bezugsbereitschaft frühestens Frühling 2027. Vermarktung beginnt frühestens Frühling 2026.
