Die Wohnungen variieren in der Grösse von Studios bis zu 4.5-Zimmer-Wohnungen mit Flächen zwischen 29.8 m² und 138.7 m². Einige Einheiten verfügen über Dachterrassen. Das Projekt ersetzt das bisherige Gasthaus Hirschen, das von 1986 bis 2025 unter der Leitung von Brigitte Gubler betrieben wurde.
