Das Projekt verfolgt konsequent Nachhaltigkeitsziele: GEAK-Effizienzklasse A, Fernwärmeversorgung, Photovoltaik auf den Dächern und ökologische Baustoffe nach Ecobau-Standard. Das innovative Mobilitätskonzept setzt auf Carsharing mit drei E-Fahrzeugen, vier Cargo E-Bikes und 24 Veloabstellplätze. Ausgezeichnete Lage mit Bushaltestelle vor der Tür (4 Minuten zum Bahnhof), Nähe zum Stadtzentrum und renaturiertem Schlossbach.
Das Projekt umfasst insgesamt acht hochwertige Eigentumswohnungen, wobei jede Wohnung eine ganze Etage einnimmt. Dies bietet maximale Privatsphäre und eine unvergleichliche Rundumsicht auf die Landschaft des Zürcher Oberlands. Das Projekt verbindet die Ruhe einer naturnahen Lage mit der Nähe zu städtischem Leben.
